Hello my name is Joe Hernandez. I am an HSE professional with 20 years of experience in the LNG, Petrochemical, Refinery, and Commercial construction industries. I am also a Certified Safety Professional through the BCSP.

Elite HSE Solutions offers a wide range of coaching solutions for HSE professionals. Throughout my career I saw that professionals new to the HSE profession would run into roadblocks and challenges early on that would keep them not being as effective in the field where it would make the most impact. Our goal is to remove the roadblocks and challenge their thinking to be the best HSE Professional they can be to continue to grow throughout their career.
